Goodreads and Giveaway

Everyone who visits Books and Pals is familiar with Goodreads, right? If you aren't, as a book lover, you should be. They have a lot to offer. From forums, to reader reviews, and book giveaways. I use the site primarily to keep track of what I've read and another place to dump my reviews.

My primary reason for mentioning them today is one of BigAl's Pals and indie author Arthur Graham is having a book giveaway. In his recent author interview Arthur was excited about the "new and improved" version of his book Editorial, due for release by Bizarro Press. It's now out and they are doing a giveaway on Goodreads. If you're interested in trying something different, hop over there and enter.

Bummer: Only open to US residents... which is just, you know, so provincial...

Kindly put, Simon. :)

It might be fairer to say "penny-wise" than "provincial", Simon. Check the postage rates from Texas to Thailand and I think you'll see what I mean!

I'll have a word with my publisher, but in the meantime, readers from "beyond the pale" should drop me a line at arthur (dot) graham (dot) pub (at) gmail (dot) com. I'll arrange an ebook lottery if there's sufficient interest. Thanks!
